Circuit Training

What is it?

  • 60 minutes of exercise.
  • Alternating strength and aerobics stations (12 total)
  • Moderate exercise, good for "toning."
  • Adjustable weights for most strength exercises.
  • Eight minutes of stretching at the end of the class.
  • Pictures or illustrations for each exercise.
  • Appropriate for healthy adults (Exercises are not for a specific injury.)
GOAL: We hope to have 6-8 people that meet regularly to exercise in an efficient, and safe environment.
TIME: 5:30am, Monday-Wednesday-Friday
