Circuit Training
What is it?
- 60 minutes of exercise.
- Alternating strength and aerobics stations (12 total)
- Moderate exercise, good for "toning."
- Adjustable weights for most strength exercises.
- Eight minutes of stretching at the end of the class.
- Pictures or illustrations for each exercise.
- Appropriate for healthy adults (Exercises are not for a specific injury.)

We hope to have 6-8 people that meet regularly to exercise in an efficient, and safe environment. |

5:30am, Monday-Wednesday-Friday
